If you cancel or reschedule a DAY BEFORE your appointment you will be required to pay 100% of your service fee. Same day cancellation/ reschedules are required to pay the full amount of the service 100%. No call no shows will also be required to pay 100% of the service fee and could potentially be blocked from future bookings. Every client has a *10 minutes* grace period, after your grace period the appointment will have to be cancelled/rescheduled and will be required to pay 100% of the service. Extra hour fee is $25 after 5:00pm. Make sure to text me as soon as you made it, so I can be notified 🤍 Thank You!
